12 creative workshops for older residents to nurture the mind and body.
Archbishop's Park Community Trust and Coin Street are working together on a special series of 12 workshops focussing on wellbeing.
Each monthly session starts with a short walk around Archbishop's Park to enjoy the gardens across the seasons, followed by a themed workshop using products from nature.
First sessions
Wednesday 27 April 10:30-12:30pm
Herbal workshop run by Hackney Herbal. Make your own herbal tea in the session and make some tea bags to take home and enjoy!
Wednesday 18 May 10:30-12:30pm
Create your own No Bake Energy Balls: healthy, tasty, and full of loveliness!
Wednesday 15 June 10:30-12:30
Make your own uplifting or relaxing bath bombs and soothe tires and achey feet. Enjoy a home spa experience!
